In our 2023, there is very little romanticizing of the Slavic culture. I mostly notice old London or medieval Japan. But just look how beautiful and bewitching the old Slavic tale about two witches that live in a terrible forest can be. These patterns are in the painting, it is a pleasure to draw them. I especially took a closer look at the Peterburg painting.
